When will my order ship?

Most orders ship 1-2 business days after purchase. You will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered during checkout. Orders are not shipped on holidays.  

Can I return or exchange merchandise?

All Sales are final. No returns and\or exchanges are not allowed at this time.

How do I know if my order was placed?

You will receive a confirmation once your order is received. You may contact our customer service department at dekarbrands@yahoo.com to verify status of order (s).

I haven't received my order. How should I handle this?

You may refer to your email for tracking information. Please check with your local postal service for additional information concerning your order. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced orders. 

Why isn't my coupon not working?

If you are having difficulties with your coupon, you may contact our customer service department at dekarbrands@yahoo.com for assistance.

Brick and Mortar is open Tues-Thurs 10:00 am-5:00 pm and Fri-Sat 11:00 am-5:00 pm (unless noted)
